QAQC with PQP from Estidama Immediate joining

• Assist Project Manager to prepare project reports.
• Perform specialist QA/QC techniques on critical structures and processes.
• Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirement.
• Review the mechanical and landscape works checklist, as-built drawings and related quality control documents for final dossier.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with construction to ensure work complies with codes and specifications. Coordinate inspections with Consultant/Client and communicate with the project team.
• Coordinate with the client for inspection activities, issued RFI (Request for Inspection) for witness/hold points, etc.
• Report deviations from approved plans and specifications.
• Review all materials received on the site, inspecting them to ensure they are as per approval.
• Conduct testing within the required specifications and monitor the frequency of testing.
• Attend and participate in QA/QC meetings.
• Proactively supervise the closure of NCRs, suggesting innovative ideas for improvement.
• Liaise with the construction execution team management to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Overall quality supervision for MEP and landscape works.
• During site inspections, follow safety rules and regulations in different hazard areas.
• Comply, implement, and participate in the improvement of established ISO QMS & EHSMS procedures/documentation and maintain records.
• Ensure that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.
• Support and promote all QHSE policies and procedures implemented by the company.
• Prepare PQP, ITP, and other QA/QC documents as requested by the Project Manager.
• Review material submittals and their compliance statements before forwarding to consultants for approval.
• Review shop drawings before submission to the consultant. Prepare O&M Manuals in coordination with the site management team.
• Inspect sites daily with consultants.
• Maintain a log and visit stores with consultants for permanent material inspection.
• Coordinate for internal quality audits.
• Close NCRs in coordination with the Management Representative/Quality Manager.
• Interact with the project team regarding quality requirements.
• Complete testing and commissioning tasks at projects as per project progress.
• Maintain all QA and QC documents in a legible manner.
• Conduct factory visits for testing of different equipment such as Standby Generators, Fire Fighting Pumps, etc., before dispatching to the site.
• Supervise the work of quality service providers and inspectors.

• 8-12 years of experience as QAQC in contracting companies in the Gulf for the execution of MEP and landscape services related to construction or the agriculture industry
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
