QAQC Inspector FM

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with all applicable regulations and specifications.

As a QA/QC Inspector you will be required to:

1. Develop, implement and maintain project-specific quality plans, procedures and checklists.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and verify the quality of materials, workmanship and construction activities.
3. Identify and document any nonconformances, deviations or potential risks.
4. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
5. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and clients to address quality-related issues and implement corrective measures.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests and corrective actions.
7. Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project management and clients.
8. Stay abreast of industry best practices, codes and regulations.
9. Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in the civil engineering industry.
2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and quality control procedures.
3. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards and regulations (e.g. ACI, ASTM, IBC).
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in using Office Tools, software and relevant inspection software.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
