QAQC Inspector

Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented QAQC (Quality Assurance Quality Control) Inspector specializing in TPG (Thread Plug Gauge), TRG (Thread Ring Gauge), and inserts to join our client's team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of thread measurement tools and inserts through rigorous testing, inspection, and documentation processes. Your efforts will help maintain the highest quality standards in manufacturing and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of TPG, TRG, and inserts to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for thread measuring tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment to ensure precise and accurate results.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance guidelines and training for staff on best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques for measuring tools.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or certification in Quality Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QAQC, with specific expertise in TPG, TRG, and inserts.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and procedures is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced inspection tools and software.
• Certification related to quality control or measurement techniques.
