QAQC Engineer Energy Engineering projects

Reporting To:
QA/QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement clientspecific QA/QC requirements.
• Actively contribute to proper project setup.
• Develop and/or review ProjectSpecific Quality Plans (aligned with ISO 10005 and client specifications) and procedures.
• Provide quality management training to project staff.
• Prepare qualityrelated documentation as required by the Project scope.
• Participate in interdisciplinary reviews per the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Lead and execute project quality audits with strong knowledge and experience in audit processes.
• Plan prepare and successfully conduct internal audits (as per ISO 19011 and client specifications).
• Prepare execute report and follow up on Project audits.
• Implement and report on nonconformance systems.
• Plan and perform vendor project prequalification and performance audits.
• Identify quality deficiencies propose corrective actions and verify their implementation.
• Ensure contract quality requirements are communicated and met by subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain the Project Quality System.
• Calculate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project.
• Prepare monthly Project Quality Status Reports.
• Arrange and conduct Project Management Review Meetings as per the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Ensure compliance with final documentation requirements before submission to clients.
• Report on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the project quality system.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (minimum).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA registered or equivalent).
• Qualifications or certifications in Welding Coating and NDT are preferred.

Additional Information :

Experience

• Minimum 5 yearsof experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for engineering projects. Site experience is a plus.

Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
