At Splash Software, we're searching for a QA Tester who will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our products. You'll work closely with developers and product teams to test, troubleshoot, and ensure everything runs smoothly, all while keeping an unwavering focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and execute test case scenarios for the software developed by the dev team.
• Document and evaluate test results.
• Analyze and organize raw data.
• Build data systems and pipelines.
• Evaluate business needs and objectives.
• Interpret trends and patterns.
• Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
• Build algorithms and prototypes.
• Combine raw information from different sources.
• Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for data acquisition.
• Develop analytical tools and programs.
• Understand and provide support to end-users.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years or more experience in software QA testing.
• ERP workflow experience is a must.
• Hands-on experience in database design and modeling.
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge and experience in programming languages is a huge plus.
• Advanced MS Excel or any spreadsheet experience.
• Previous data migration experience is a plus.
• Experience in any BI tools is a must.
• High attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or any similar field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with cryptocurrencies and blockchain transactions.
• Familiar with SPA website development techniques.

About the Role:

• Location: Dubai, Business Bay.
• Working Time: The working hours are flexible for 24-hour operations.
