Job Description

1. Responsible for PWPS/PQR/WPS.
2. Manage and assign welding inspector, responsible for project welding document, solve welding problems.
3. Complete the responsibilities of welding QC engineer in the project.
4. Coordinate NDE subcontractors to complete NDE work.
5. Review the welded parts of the pressure test package.
6. Responsible for the preparation and getting client approval of Method Statements, ITP’s, MAR Quality Control Procedures, etc. in accordance with contract specifications and AGES.
7. Implement Project quality plan, inspection & Test plan, procedures and work instructions in the project.
8. Preparation of daily/weekly and monthly quality reports and submission to client.
9. Review of inspection and testing methods and procedures for Radiographic, Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle inspections, etc.
10. Complete the tasks arranged by QAQC manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the welding industry, with a proven track record.
