QA / QC Supervisor

Job Title: QA/QC Supervisor Brownfield FPSO Project (12-Month Contract)

Location: Singapore (3 months) / Dubai (9 months)

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Starting January)

Summary: We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to support a high-profile offshore brownfield FPSO project. This 12-month contract role requires a skilled professional with expertise in quality assurance and control to ensure project quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, and best practices.
3. Supervise and coordinate quality activities related to fabrication, welding, NDT, and equipment installation.
4. Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly, ensuring non-conformities are documented and addressed.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align QA/QC processes with overall project objectives.
6. Maintain accurate records of quality activities, including certification and inspection documentation.
7. Promote a strong safety and quality culture across all phases of the project.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in QA/QC supervision, with specific expertise in offshore brownfield projects and FPSOs.
2. In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards and codes, such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, and applicable offshore regulations.
3. Strong understanding of fabrication, welding inspection, and NDT techniques. Relevant certifications such as CSWIP, AWS CWI, or equivalent are preferred.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage QA/QC teams effectively in an offshore environment.
5. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Willingness to work offshore and adhere to rotational schedules.
7. Shipyard construction experience.
