QA / QC Inspector

• Should have at least 3 years’ experience in Quality & HVAC manufacturing field.

Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge in HVAC manufacturing and operations (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Good knowledge in quality procedure, inspection of electrical and HVAC system, all related international standard.
• Good knowledge in powder coating and painting processes (standard and Marine application), Anti-corrosion techniques, painting rectification, Coils painting (Aries coating), dipping coating procedures, oven curing procedures and latest technologies of painting and coating.
• Good knowledge in materials packing, lifting and shipping procedures, RFID tags, conducting inspection for all related operations, arranging checklist.
• Good knowledge about latest HVAC techniques, NCR & MDR processes, conducting detailed inspection of produced products, making progress reports, products evaluation, line monitoring, ERP system.

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities

• Carry out in process Inspection of air cooled condensing units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Carry out in process Inspection of air cooled chiller units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Carry out in process Inspection of air cooled package units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Carry out In-process Inspection of water cooled chiller units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Fill out the relevant QA / QC in process inspection forms. Raise Non Conformity if there is any deviation from work order requirement.
• Suggest system improvement and Amendments to existing Procedure / Work Instructions / Process Instructions.
• Record keeping of above mentioned work.
• Any other related assignment by QA / QC engineer.
