Job Description

• Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on best practices and quality standards.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of products and processes.
• Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained to provide accurate and reliable results.
• Document inspection findings meticulously, providing clear reports that highlight any discrepancies or non-conformities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of Shutdown/Turnaround experience in the UAE with ADNOC group of companies.
• 5-7 years of Shutdown/Turnaround experience in the GCC region, including Qatar, KSA, Oman, etc., in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience in piping/welding and pressure vessel repair is an added advantage.
• Possess ASNT/PCN Level II certifications in PT, MT, RT, UT (API 510, 570, etc. will be an added advantage).
• Strong communication skills (able to communicate with workers, foremen, supervisors, and clients).
• Fluent in English, with an understanding of Hindi/Urdu.
