Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and more than 5 years of experience in the Joinery & Fit-Out industry are encouraged to apply.

1. Coordinate with QA/QC Manager, prepare the Project Quality Plan, and circulate it to the Consultant, Main Contractor, and Internal Site team.
2. Prepare the Material Submittal Schedule and ensure Material Samples/Technical Documents are submitted to the Consultant/Main Contractor as per the planned schedule by coordinating with other departments & Sub-Contractors.
3. Review all Technical Details of received samples/documents with reference to Project Specifications prior to submission to the Client/MC/Consultant.
4. Prepare Method Statements & ITPs as per the Project Specifications and submit to the Main Contractor/Consultant. Ensure site works are executed as per the approved Method Statement.
5. Coordinate with the execution team regarding all related QA/QC matters.
