JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all products and processes. This role involves implementation of quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various departments to maintain the highest standards of quality. Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is essential.

POSITION AND REPORTING STRUCTURE

As a QA/QC Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of Quality and will be an integral part of our Engineering team.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
2. Conduct functionality tests to verify product quality.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
4. Utilize precision measurement tools and techniques, including calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other inspection equipment.
5. Apply GD&T principles to interpret engineering drawings and specifications for inspection purposes.
6. Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
7. Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to mechanical quality assurance and control.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and supply chain, to ensure quality objectives are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience in a QA/QC role within the Aerospace/Mechanical or Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
4. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and techniques.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must to effectively interact with international team.
