Job description
QA/QC Engineer (Landscaping and Swimming Pool works)
Note: Please ensure that only candidates with experience related to landscaping works and swimming pool works will be selected.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Quality Control:
Establish quality control checkpoints throughout the production process.
Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.
Document and report non-conformances, defects, and deviations.
Develop and maintain inspection checklists and testing protocols.
Implement preventive measures to minimize defects and ensure product reliability.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, test results, and quality assurance activities.
Generate comprehensive reports on quality performance and compliance status.
Communicate quality-related issues and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are preferred but not required.
Experience:
Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE).
Hands-on experience with quality inspection tools and methodologies (e.g., calipers, micrometers, statistical process control).
Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis techniques.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are desirable.
