QA/QC Engineer

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in UAE for standard level or 5 years of home country experience for beginner level.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing a robust document control system for efficient management.
2. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documents through systematic reviews.
3. Establishing version control and maintaining comprehensive revision histories.
4. Proficiently preparing project documents with adherence to standards and guidelines.
5. Developing and implementing inspection procedures for quality and compliance assessment.
6. Generating detailed reports on inspection results, including findings and recommendations.
7. Establishing clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders.

Software or IT Skills:

1. Auto CAD
2. MS Project Professional / Primavera
3. Microsoft Office Package
4. One Drive
5. SharePoint
6. General Computer Usage

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Quality Assurance plans and processes.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
3. Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to established quality procedures.
4. Perform inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
5. Monitor and control processes to identify and rectify deviations from quality standards.
6. Document and report non-conformities, and collaborate on corrective actions.
7. Review project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
8. Create design and technical documents, including drawings, specifications, Method Statements (MTS), and Risk Assessments (MSRA).
9. Establish a document control system for versioning, revision tracking, and access control.
10. Organize and maintain a central repository for project documents.
11. Develop and update project plans, including document creation and submission timelines.
12. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
13. Communicate quality requirements and expectations to the project team.
14. Identify opportunities for improving QA/QC processes.
15. Implement changes and enhancements to enhance overall quality performance.
16. Provide training on QA/QC procedures to project team members.
17. Foster a culture of quality awareness and adherence.
18. Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
19. Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA/QC plans.
20. Maintain version control and accurate records for all project documents.
21. Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
22. Implement change control procedures for document modifications.
23. Establish procedures for archiving project documents after project completion.
