Job Summary:

MISSION: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong civil background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Landfill, concrete/composite work, and excavation projects.

Tasks:

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for landfill, concrete/composite, and excavation projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review and approve material and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality manuals, and reports.
• Document and track quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Provide regular quality reports to the project management team and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Monitor and verify the implementation of the project quality plan and quality control procedures.
• Ensure that all construction activities meet the specified quality standards and project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure all quality requirements are understood and met.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC roles with a focus on landfill, concrete/composite work, and excavation projects.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.
• Previous experience with ADNOC standards and projects.
• Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
