-Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans, procedures, and documentation in compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and client requirements.
-Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to establish quality objectives, performance indicators, and quality control measures.
-Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits of construction materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved procedures.
-Utilize testing equipment and techniques to verify the quality and integrity of materials, structural components, and installations.
-Document inspection findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and maintain accurate records of quality activities throughout the project lifecycle.
-Work closely with project teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Evaluate the quality of materials, equipment, and services from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and project specifications.
-Monitor and audit subcontractor activities to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
-Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards related to quality, health, safety, and environmental protection.
-Liaise with regulatory authorities and third-party inspectors to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications.
-Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement by analyzing performance data, trends, and feedback.
-Implement corrective and preventive actions to address the root causes of quality issues and prevent recurrence.
-Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to project personnel on quality management principles, inspection techniques, and best practices.
-Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams and subcontractors.
-Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related inquiries and ensure alignment with client expectations.
-Communicate quality performance, achievements, and challenges to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
-Address client complaints and feedback related to product or service quality and ensure issues are relayed to the management team.
-Prepare Material Inspection Requests (MIR) for material deliveries to ongoing projects.
-Manage project closeout documents, including warranties, O&M manuals, and other required handover documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in UAE
Experience in contracting, infrastructure, and earthworks is a MUST.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Salary Range: AED 4,000 - 5,500 per month
