QA QC Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer ensures quality standards and compliance for civil and finishing works in a construction project. The role involves monitoring and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various teams to ensure work meets specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce quality standards for civil and finishing works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction activities and materials, identifying issues and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance reports, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate and oversee material and product testing, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations and manage quality audits as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in QA/QC within civil or finishing works, preferably in a Tier 1 construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, construction methods, and industry standards; proficiency in relevant QA/QC tools and software.
• The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
