About the Role:

Seeking a seasoned QA Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to lead and manage quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and people management skills, a deep understanding of testing tools and methodologies, and expertise in handling complex operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of 10 to 15 members.
2. Ensure seamless execution of manual and automated testing processes.
3. Provide hands-on technical guidance and expertise in diverse testing tools.
4. Understand and implement low-code and no-code testing solutions.
5. Oversee project timelines, address complexities, and negotiate deliverables.
6. Develop and maintain effective operational management practices.

Requirements:

1. 12-15 years of QA experience with proven team leadership capabilities.
2. Strong expertise in manual and automation testing tools.
3. Proficiency in managing testing for low-code and no-code platforms.
4. Exceptional people management and operational management skills.
5. Ability to handle project complexities and negotiate timelines effectively.
