QA Executive / QA Lab Technician
Job description
- Internal Calibration & maintenance of various types of laboratory equipment.
- Assist with product releasing in system.
- Perform laboratory testing, including pH, Fat, Specific Gravity, Acidity, Strength of CIP chemicals, etc.
- Maintain & communicate the inventory of lab consumables.
- Perform quality control duties as directed by manager.
- Clean and maintain work area, all lab equipment and supplies.
- Perform product weight control, antibiotic testing, Lab equipment calliberation & sanitation.
- Weigh, measure & prepare critical ingredients for production usage.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in clear, legible & accurate format with complete required information.
- Ensure all information is documented in accordance with SOP’s.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years’ work experience in Food/ Dairy manufacturing unit.
- Flexibility of working in shifts (day, night & mid).
- Knowledge of HACCP & GMP is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS office is an added advantage.
