QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Test planning, test case preparation, test case execution, and test case validation.
2. Defect management and reporting.
3. SIT/UAT support.
4. Expert in CRM functional concepts.
5. Experience with JIRA or similar agile project management tools.
6. SCRUM master experience is an added advantage.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Experience with MS Project and Visio.
