As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer specializing in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17020 standards, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards. Customize quality processes and procedures to suit the specific needs and requirements of the organization.
Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for corrective and preventive actions to address any non-conformities or deviations.
Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement. Implement changes and improvements to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of operations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to quality management systems and ISO standards, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits and inspections.
Provide training and guidance to staff members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Coordinate and facilitate external audits conducted by certification bodies or regulatory authorities, serving as the primary point of contact during external audits, ensuring smooth and successful audit processes.
Investigate and address non-conformities identified during audits or inspections. Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
Monitor and analyze key quality performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems. Generate reports and present findings to management to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive quality initiatives. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with quality objectives.
Stay updated on changes and updates to ISO standards relevant to the organization's operations. Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements through regular reviews and assessments.
