Python Engineer for ArduPilot Training

We are seeking a skilled engineer with expertise in drone manufacturing, configuration, Python programming, and ArduPilot to develop and deliver training sessions (3 days training sessions only) on using Python for drone control and automation. The training will focus on utilizing DroneKit-Python, making drone, first flight, mission planner, QGround Control, and other Python-based tools to script missions, manage real-time data, and interact with drones.

Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Python integration with ArduPilot.
2. Develop hands-on exercises and examples demonstrating tasks such as:
1. Mission planning and execution.
2. Real-time data analysis and logging.
3. Drone control using Python scripts.
4. Provide clear explanations of DroneKit-Python and their practical applications.
5. Assist participants in setting up and troubleshooting their development environments.
6. Other actions to do the training sessions.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Python programming.
2. Experience with ArduPilot and its integration with Python.
3. Knowledge of DroneKit-Python.
4. Familiarity with drone hardware and flight control concepts.
5. Strong communication and teaching skills to effectively deliver training.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in developing or delivering technical training.
2. Hands-on experience with drones and related hardware.

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Duration: Three days with three training sessions at the end of Feb. 2025.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
