As Purchasing Clerk, We Rely On You To
Source quotations from suppliers to ensure purchases are made in the best interest of the company
Process assigned PR’s
Perform market surveys, including competitor hotels, and make comparisons with current suppliers' prices to ensure competitiveness
Maintain & regularly update vendor profile files to comply with the requirements of CSR, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, and SFSMS
Prepare weekly/monthly reports
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Is able to communicate with customers effectively and professionally
Preferably has experience working in a Purchasing Department of a 5* luxury international hotel
Has good organisational skills
Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver
Is knowledgeable about Microsoft Office, CheckSCM, or any supply chain management system
