Purchase Officer

Job Title: Purchase Officer (HVAC)

Location: Sharjah AFZ, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in procurement/purchasing, specifically related to HVAC equipment and materials in UAE.

Salary Package: TBD

Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies from vendors and suppliers.
2. Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships.
3. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.
5. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
6. Review and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders.
7. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
8. Handle cash transactions related to purchases.
9. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
10. Prepare reports for management as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, preferably in the HVAC industry.
3. Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and supply chain procedures.
4. Familiarity with purchasing software.
5. Excellent writing and communication skills.
6. Valid UAE driving license.
