We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing procurement activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the highest quality of products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate and negotiate terms and prices to ensure the best deals.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of goods. Coordinate with the sales team to forecast demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
3. Procurement Process: Oversee the procurement process, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all goods purchased meet the company quality standards. Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issues.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive pricing.
6. Budget Management: Assist in managing the purchasing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, contracts, and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
9. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and inventory levels to senior management.
10. Cost Management: Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to reduce procurement expenses. Conduct regular cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.
