Position: Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure optimal partnerships
2. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms for cost-effective procurement
3. Continuously assess supplier performance to maintain quality and reliability
4. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging to prevent shortages
5. Forecast demand trends and plan purchases to align with production needs
6. Create and process purchase orders efficiently to meet operational timelines
7. Track the status of orders and deliveries to ensure timely arrivals
8. Collaborate closely with logistics and production teams for seamless supply chain management

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates with a BSc in Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, Agriculture, Food Science, or Biology are preferred
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
