paperwork.

Role Overview:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for handling various
documentation and legal processes related to staff, ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements, and maintaining smooth administrative operations. This role
involves managing visa applications, processing legal documents, and coordinating
with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of staff-related documentation,
including visas, work permits, and other legal documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries related to documentation and
legal processes.
Collaborate with immigration authorities, legal advisors, and other external entities to
facilitate visa and work permit processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation and legal processes.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff, including handling necessary
paperwork and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement processes to streamline documentation and legal procedures.
Provide guidance and support to staff regarding documentation requirements and
compliance issues.
Prepare and manage reports related to staff documentation and legal processes.
Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer, PRO, or similar role, preferably in the
healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to staff
documentation and immigration.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in using documentation and compliance management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
