Public Relations Officer (Emiratisation)
Coordinate and organize the work involved in managing administrative tasks, including GPSSA, Nafis, and GRD/PRO operations. Administrative and compliance-related tasks (e.g., handling Arabic letters, government documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities).
Key Responsibilities:
- GPSSA and Nafis Management: Coordination and compliance with UAE pension systems and Emiratisation initiatives.
- Arabic Administrative Letters: Drafting, reviewing, and submitting official Arabic correspondence.
- GRD/PRO Support: Overseeing administrative support for government relations and assisting in documentation workflows.
- Coordination: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for process efficiency.
- Liaise with the Immigration Department for visa formalities (new, renewal, release cancellation) including arranging transit/visit visas for the guests and clients visiting the company.
- Organize and complete all the documentation formalities for new recruits for getting the residence visa stamped on staff's passport within the prescribed time limit.
- Ensure that all visa renewals are done on time as per the UAE government regulations to avoid the imposition of fine.
- Organize the cancellation procedures in coordination with the HR Department and follow up on repatriation of the resigned/terminated staff.
Education Qualification:
O or A level or equivalent qualification. Should have completed minimum on job training and mandatory training.
Skills:
Strong in Arabic and English communication, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tasks.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant skills will also be considered.
