Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer to manage our legal and compliance responsibilities. This role involves handling trade licenses, legal documents, government relations, and bank-related tasks, ensuring all are in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the renewal and amendments of trade licenses, commercial registrations, and other legal documents.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all licensing and legal requirements are met and maintained.
3. Maintain accurate records of all licenses, updating teams on renewals or changes.
4. Manage formalities with government entities, including immigration, labor departments, and other regulatory bodies.
5. Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure company compliance with all applicable laws.
6. Prepare and submit documentation to relevant government bodies for company and employee matters.
7. Handle bank-related tasks, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
8. Maintain a secure, organized filing system for sensitive documents, ensuring confidentiality.
9. Serve as the main point of contact between the company and government entities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in public relations, specifically with governmental procedures and documentation.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government regulations.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Good communication skills to work effectively with different departments and government entities.
