Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies and officials.
Handle and process all government-related documentation including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in government policies and procedures and implement necessary adjustments within the organization.
Prepare and submit all necessary documents for various governmental requirements such as work permits, visas, and trade licenses.
Assist employees with visa and immigration processes.
Provide guidance and support on government-related matters.
Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and other external entities.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with government departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all government transactions and communications.
Provide support to the HR and administration departments as needed, including handling confidential information and performing general administrative duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and government regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
