As part of their commitment to excellence and compliance, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage relationships with UAE government entities and ensure adherence to local regulations.

The Role:

As the Public Relations Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the company's compliance with UAE laws and regulations while building and maintaining strong relationships with government authorities. Your expertise will drive the company's operations and growth by facilitating smooth interactions with regulatory bodies.

1. Managing all government-related documentation and approvals, including visas, licenses, and permits, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with government departments and key stakeholders.
3. Acting as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Monitoring changes in UAE laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
5. Handling company registrations, renewals, and amendments with various government entities.
6. Overseeing the legal translation and notarization of documents as required.
7. Supporting HR in matters related to employment visas, labor cards, and residency permits.
8. Representing the company during government inspections, audits, and inquiries.
9. Advising the management team on regulatory risks and opportunities, providing actionable solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer who is passionate about fostering strong connections and ensuring regulatory excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

1. 3-4 years of proven experience in government relations within the UAE.
2. Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government processes.
3. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills.
4. A well-established network with government authorities and departments in the UAE.
5. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
7. A professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company confidently in high-level meetings.
