Job Title: Public Relations Officer (Arabic Speaker)

Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary: As a key member of our UAE team, the PRO ensures smooth operations by navigating the local regulatory landscape. This involves liaising with government agencies, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance. Strong understanding of UAE procedures, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government Liaison: Visa processing, handling trade licenses/permits, and staying updated on regulations.
• Administrative Tasks: Company registrations, legal documents, employee onboarding, and translation.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
• Other: General administrative support and assisting with company events.

Qualifications:

• Essential: PRO experience in the UAE, knowledge of labor law, excellent English and Arabic, strong organization, and a valid UAE driving license.
• Desirable: Bachelor's degree.
