Public Relations Officer

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Preferably from Philippines with UAE Labor Law Expert

Location: Business Bay, Dubai United Arab Emirates

Position: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) with expertise in UAE labor law to join our dynamic team from the Philippines.

Role and Responsibilities:

Compliance Management: Ensure that all UAE labor law requirements are met, including visa applications, work permits, and other regulatory matters.

Documentation and Filing: Handle all documentation related to employee visas, labor cards, and government approvals. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all necessary paperwork.

Liaison Duties: Act as the main point of contact between the company and UAE government entities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities.

Employee Support: Provide guidance to employees on UAE labor laws and assist with any queries related to visas, permits, or legal documentation.

Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the company’s practices are up-to-date and compliant.

Reporting: Prepare and submit reports related to labor law compliance and other relevant documentation as required by management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar role with expertise in UAE labor law.

With Professional UAE Driver’s License

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, regulations, and processes.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any related field is preferred.

Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
