- Employee Visa Management: Managing end-to-end visa processing for employees, including documentation, submissions, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.
- Business Visa Assistance: Coordinating and facilitating business visa requirements for official travel.
- Visa Cancellation: Handling visa cancellations for departing employees to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Visa Renewals: Overseeing timely renewals of employee and dependent visas to avoid penalties or disruptions.
- Consulate Support: Providing assistance for consulate-related needs, such as document attestation or notarization.
- Immigration Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for immigration authorities, addressing any issues or inquiries.
- Medical and Emirates ID Processing: Managing the medical examination process and Emirates ID registration for employees and their dependents.
- Dependent Visa Process: Facilitating visa applications for employees dependents, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Trade License: Ensuring timely renewal of the company's trade license.
- Lease Agreements: Renew Flexidesk or other office leases and update location details as necessary.
- Operational Certificates: Coordinating the renewal of AOFCs or other statutory documents.
- Office Sharing: Managing permits for office-sharing arrangements.
2. License Amendments
- Shareholder Changes: Managing amendments for individual shareholders, including share transfers, additions, or deletions.
- Activity Updates: Handling amendments to business activities listed under the trade license.
- Director Modifications: Appointment or removal of directors.
3. Corporate Shareholders
- Parent Company Documentation: Keeping certificates like good standing and incumbency up to date.
- Certifications and Approvals: Obtaining necessary certifications and external approvals when required.
4. New Entity Incorporation
- Managing the establishment of new entities, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
5. Entity Liquidation
- Overseeing the complete liquidation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
6. Government Liaison and Miscellaneous Duties
- Official Correspondence: Representing the company in interactions with embassies, ministries, and government departments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with government regulations and deadlines to avoid fines.
- Authority Liaison: Working closely with Concordia, DMCC, and other government bodies for approvals and other requirements.
- Policy Updates: Staying informed of changes in government regulations and adapting company policies accordingly.
