Public Relations Manager - GUERLAIN MEIA

Guerlain MEIA is looking for a PR Manager to manage the overall strategy of the PR daily roles. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day development and growth of GUERLAIN MEIA through earned print, digital and social content, ensuring smooth running of the press office and daily contact with key markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Digital & Communications Director to manage the regional planning for new and existing launches, including locally relevant asset creation to effectively communicate the Guerlain brand image and support innovation.
2. Build and maintain relationships with beauty press, taking ownership of relationships with key press and key influencers to ensure strong share of voice.
3. Work with the Director on the regional digital influencer strategy and makeup-artist and fragrance communities relations to help drive consistent communications efforts.
4. Negotiate influencer contracts with clear deliverables, managing all collaborations to ensure deliverables are met.
5. Attend Fashion Week activations, leveraging couture heritage and relationships.
6. Organize and plan international editor and influencer trips, attending where relevant.
7. Submit proposals for the Central team for relevant and special projects that are locally relevant.
8. Collaborate with the Director to ensure metrics are put into place for all key initiatives and programs, delivering rankings on LVMH figures for print, digital, and social.
9. Work with key stakeholders, including marketing, education, and commercial teams to ensure 360 working and alignment on all campaigns.
10. Forecast PR collections and materials, ensuring the budget is respected.
11. Align programs at internal meetings (commercial cycle) with the brand vision.
12. Optimize creativity to achieve cost efficiencies within the constraints of the budget.
13. Evaluate return on investment of events and ensure understanding of how to manage this.
14. Assist the Director in negotiating external contracts to ensure cost efficiencies.
