Job Title: PR Account Manager (Relocation Opportunity to Riyadh)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic PR Account Manager to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of their client campaigns. As a PR Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic PR plans, and overseeing the execution of integrated communication initiatives. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on PR strategies and goals.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive PR plans tailored to meet client objectives, incorporating a mix of traditional and digital PR tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify key messaging, target audiences, and media opportunities.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across relevant media outlets.
  • Pitch compelling stories, press releases, and thought leadership pieces to secure media coverage and enhance brand visibility.

Content Development:

  • Create engaging content including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media content that aligns with client messaging and brand voice.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with PR strategies and objectives.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the execution of PR campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, and account management teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in PR or communications, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering strategic PR campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
  • Strong media relations skills with a network of contacts within relevant industries.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative PR strategies and solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in PR tools and platforms (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Hootsuite) is a plus.
