A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Keep the public areas, from the lobby to the restrooms clean, fresh, and welcoming at all times.
• Inspect and tidy up key areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, and more, ensuring that each space looks pristine and reflects the high standards we are known for.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor while ensuring their needs are met. You’ll play a direct role in enhancing their experience by maintaining a safe, comfortable, and visually appealing environment.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure that any repairs or adjustments are made quickly and efficiently, preventing disruptions to guest experience.
• Organize and maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always ready for use and stored properly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a secure and well-maintained environment for both guests and team members.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or public area cleaning role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
