SALARY PACKAGE: AED 4000- AED 5000

CONTRACT: 1 YEAR (EXTENDABLE) VISA PROVIDED

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in provider contracting within the TPA/medical insurance industry.
2. Maintain and update provider network databases and reports using advanced Excel skills.
3. Analyze provider performance and prepare detailed reports for internal review.
4. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
6. Support the development of strategic partnerships to enhance the provider network.

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in medical/paramedical background or any master's degree.
2. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
3. Strong communication skills in English.
