About The Role:
We are searching for an exceptional Proposals Coordinator to join our Dubai, UAE studio, supporting our diverse client base covering urban, retail, healthcare, education, transportation, and hospitality projects. Our core focus is Wayfinding, Public Art, and Customer Experience and our clients range from leading architectural and interior design firms to global real estate developers. Our excellence in innovation and service quality over the past 17 years has earned the trust of some of the best-known clients.
As our global business continues to grow rapidly, this role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll use your negotiation skills, proactive approach, and exceptional communication to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather project information, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored high-quality proposals.
- Ensure all submissions meet LIMAH's brand and quality standards, maintaining attention to visual design and presentation quality.
- Create proposal timelines, develop fees and scopes, track proposal status and outcomes, and record feedback to improve our process.
- Facilitate project onboarding and maintain client relationships from proposal through handover.
- Conduct research and initiate outreach to potential clients.
- Review RFPs to assess scope requirements, assemble proposals, and apply strong knowledge of architecture and interior design commercial and technical requirements.
- Develop financial pricing models and proposed fees for internal management review.
- Work closely across teams to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.
- Support business growth by securing new projects and promoting LIMAH's services.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination for architectural or interior consulting within the UAE.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Adobe InDesign is essential.
- Skilled in graphic design, with the ability to create visually engaging documents and presentations.
- Outstanding communication skills, including email, proposal composition, writing and grammar demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly learn new technical requirements and tools.
- Confident in client outreach to clarify and address RFP needs.
- Solid understanding of commercial terms, contracts, payments, and scope of work.
