Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Valuer to join our dynamic valuation team. The successful candidate will assist in conducting property valuations across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their property career looking to gain hands-on experience and progress within the property valuation industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Tertiary qualification in Property, Valuation, or a related field (or currently studying)
2. Strong interest in property markets and valuation methodologies
3. Excellent analytical and research skills
4. High attention to detail and accuracy
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with valuation software is a plus
8. A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred or required, depending on location)
