Property Valuation Expert Vacancy in Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Expert to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a degree in real estate or a related field and experience in property valuation.

The primary responsibility of the Property Valuation Expert will be to review, analyze, and appraise properties using industry standards and accepted principles. This will include conducting research to assess current market values, researching comparable sales data, performing physical inspections of properties, and preparing detailed reports that accurately reflect the current market value of the property. The successful candidate must be able to identify potential issues affecting the value of the property and suggest solutions for mitigating any risks.

We prefer candidates with a valid biometric passport who are fluent in English and from either Pakistan or Africa. We also welcome applications from candidates without experience; however, accommodation is not provided for this position.
