Skills Provision is searching for a Property Sales Agent in the Middle East.

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced and professional property consultant to join its multinational team. They provide the best advertising and marketing tools both online and offline, ensuring maximum exposure for property listings.

The Role

• Liaise with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
• Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
• Attend property viewings with prospective clients
• Follow up with leads
• Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale
• Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services
• Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents
• Complete details of properties which includes photo shoots, arrangement of viewings, showing the property to prospective clients, etc.
• Attend property-related events such as exhibitions, property launches, presentations and seminars.

Requirements

• A graduate in any field or at least possess high school diploma / certificate
• Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market
• Hold a valid UAE or international driving license
