As a Property Resale/Leasing Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Job Functions:

1. Develop a deep understanding of market offerings within your specialized area.
2. Build and nurture a robust client base through networking and warm calling.
3. Qualify clients and conduct effective meetings.
4. Manage inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
5. Provide expert guidance and support to buyers and tenants throughout the transaction process.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in property resale/leasing.
• Valid Broker License from RERA and DLD.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• A self-motivated personality who enjoys helping people find their dream home and building lasting relationships.
• A hardworking and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales mentality, and proven negotiation abilities.
• Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills and flexible to achieve results.
