The ideal candidate must have 10 years of Property Management experience.
5 years as a minimum experience of managing high rise operational commercial/residential/mixed-use buildings in the UAE.
Must hold relevant Masters/Post Graduate degrees and or accreditations.
The candidate should have a working knowledge of building operations, property, and asset management, FMMA - managing facilities management service providers, transitions management, functionality of property management systems and interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and tenants.
Job Description:
Representing and heading the onsite PM team, leading and overseeing quality assurance and quality control of day-to-day property and asset management services.
Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgeting requirements, financial forecasts, and prepare reports for clients.
Lead a team and liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors, exercising good negotiation skills.
Ensure TFM service providers adhere to KPI and SLA requirements and comply with local laws and regulations.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of property management systems and provide training on their use.
Liaise with clients regarding changes to local law and legislation affecting property operations.
Work closely with clients, Facility Manager, TFM service provider, and other stakeholders to ensure strong communication and teamwork.
Review contracts with TFM service providers to ensure efficient and effective property operations.
Facilitate generic property and asset management services, including HSE requirements, lease management, and document control.
Skills Required:
Masters/Post Graduate degrees and relevant accreditations.
Operationally astute and proficient.
Transitions management experience.
Experience working directly for and on behalf of a Landlord or Client.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent telecommunication and customer service skills.
