The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all property-related contracts and negotiations. This role involves reviewing and analyzing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Key Accountabilities:
Contract Review and Analysis:
Review and analyze a variety of property-related contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, construction contracts, and maintenance agreements.
Collaborate with Legal advisor to identify potential risks, liabilities, and legal issues within contracts.
Ensure contracts are consistent with company policies and objectives.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions of property-related contracts with landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Advocate for favorable terms and conditions that protect the company's interests.
Manage negotiations effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely closure of deals.
Contract Administration:
Oversee the execution, administration, and renewal of property-related contracts.
Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Resolve contract disputes and address any issues that may arise.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure that all property-related contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and industry standards.
Risk Management:
Ensure mitigation of potential risks associated with property-related contracts by seeking legal advice.
Escalate any identified risk in contracts to Management.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Experience requirement:
5 to 7 years of experience in property management, contract review, or negotiation.
Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.

Proficiency in legal and contract management software.
Qualification and Licenses requirement:
