The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

1. Marketing of properties available for sale or lease.
2. Organising viewings and responding to queries.
3. All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
4. Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.
5. Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
6. Building and maintaining a network of clients.

1. You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
2. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
3. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
4. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
5. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
