Property Management Officer

Minimum Requirements:

- To be successful, the incumbent must develop a collaborative work ethic between all departments and understand the property market in detail.

- Manage contracts and documentation signing, system updates and reporting, registration of tenancy contracts and ensure compliance.

Other Accountabilities Include:

1. Keeping up to date with the relevant rental laws and any other guidelines by the land department, municipality, and/or other relevant government authorities.
2. Ensure timely and efficient updates of all records on property management software including:
1. Publish/add/update units including upload of landlord documents and tenant contracts.
2. Follow department procedure for all tenancy contracts and renewals including:
1. New application screening and verification.
2. Approve renewals only based on landlord approval.
3. Registration of tenancy contract for Abu Dhabi Managed units through Tawtheeq.
4. Prepare Tawtheeq report and forward for reconciliation purposes to accounts. Follow up for top-up.
5. Monitor renewal notifications sent by property supervisors and send reminders for notifications not sent.
6. Manage monitoring of forwarded contracts/documents for signature, rejected contracts, pending documents, etc., until it gets signed by Director of Operations/Operations Manager/Administrative Supervisor.
3. Efficiently manage all routine correspondence via mail, phone, and liaise with office drivers. Generate timely reports and corresponding analysis.
4. Other company-related duties that may be assigned by the management that are consistent with the department and company mandate.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
