As a Property Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role by providing expert guidance to property owners and investors on managing and optimizing their real estate assets. You will also analyze market trends, recommend cost-effective solutions, and help enhance the value and profitability of properties, ensuring long-term success for clients.

1. Understanding of UAE’s Property Laws
2. Engaging and charismatic personality
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
