Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Listing Agent at O H Advisors Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi. The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and coordinating with clients and other real estate agents. Additionally, the Listing Agent will provide market analysis, property assessments, and support in closing real estate transactions.

Qualifications

1. Property Listing Management, Property Viewings, and Offer Negotiation skills
2. Client Communication and Relationship Management skills
3. Market Analysis and Property Assessment abilities
4. Real Estate Transaction Coordination skills
5. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
6. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
7. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
