Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management.
  2. Qualify leads and manage data using the company CRM.
  3. Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property, including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials.
  4. Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
  5. Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and staying updated with the latest local and national property market information and laws.
  6. Abide by RERA standards.
  7. Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.
  8. Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard.
  9. Maintain a high professional profile at all times.
  10. Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  11. Present to potential clients and conduct viewings.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  13. Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business.
  14. Fully understand relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale, or lease of a property.
  15. Actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates, and details of viewings arranged, etc.
  16. Understand local processes and administration for completing the sale or lease of a property (i.e., drafting of sale agreement addendums, MOU, POA).
