We are seeking a skilled Property Coordinator to manage our property portfolio and oversee operations of assigned units in alignment with company and landlord policies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in achieving our strategic profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high-quality customer and client satisfaction
Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely document and payment collection
Oversee property readiness for viewings and maximize occupancy
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance/renovations
Process rental payments, security deposits, and utility bills
Prepare and manage tenancy contracts
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Supervise property administrators and inspection coordinators
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of real estate rules and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
